Our Returns Promise
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Request Authorization
Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
Step 2: Complete the Return Form
Once authorized, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a returns form. Please include this form with your returned items.
Step 3: Package Your Return
Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include the completed returns form inside the package.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Ship your return to the following address. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchange Process

Damaged or Defective Items
