We ship our products worldwide, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Our goal is to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (ÂŁ12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over ÂŁ50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Our Returns Promise

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products once they have been opened or used:
  • Compost, Soil & Bark Chippings (opened products)
  • Compost Bins & Waste Bags (if used)

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Request Authorization

Please contact our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.

Step 2: Complete the Return Form

Once your request is authorized, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a returns form. Please complete this form and include it with your returned items.

Step 3: Package Your Return

Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Place the completed returns form inside the package.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Ship your return to the following address. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please ensure you write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note the following timeframes for different payment methods:

  • Visa, MasterCard, JCB: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or you received a defective product.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please follow the standard return process above. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item to you. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please include photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
