Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This email is not an acceptance of your order but confirmation that we have received it. Acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch the products.

Pricing

All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Shipping

We ship worldwide, excluding Asia and some remote areas. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and customs processing.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of receipt.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation
• Certain items cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons once opened or used:
  • Compost, Soil & Bark Chippings (opened products)
  • Compost Bins & Waste Bags (if used)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and returns form
3. Package the item securely with the completed form inside

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
